Is smoking allowed on the rooftop?

I've never seen any signs prohibiting it, but most people smoke outside on the ground level due to it being a small patio area.

Is it possible to buy a gift card or pay ahead for something? I live in Florida and have a daughter in Waco who enjoys your coffee shop. I’m thinking of a way to treat her on her birthday.
